Spelet är en extremt ovanlig prototyp eller en MEL som Bally/Williams kallade dem.

Innan man började produktionen satte teknikerna ihop 15st spel i ett speciellt rum avskilt från det vanliga löpande bandet. Syftet med dessa spel var att hitta svårigheter med själva ihopsättande av spelet, men dessa skickades även ut till utvalda distrubitörer ute i världen för att testas "live" och upptäcka brister. 7 av dessa 15 kom till Europa. De röda kretskorten i spelet är kretskort som är unika och aldrig använts i något annat flipperspel tidigare. De gröna kretskorten är sådana som redan tidigare använts och testats i tidigare titlar.

Spelet är i ett bra skick och har nyligen fått genomgå service.

MEL ?

Tom Kopera, former Williams project engineer and designer, provided us this explanation: "MEL" was a Bally/Williams created term for pre-production games built on the test production line. MEL was an acronym for Manufacturing Excellence LAB. This is what many companies call the Test Production Line, or Pilot Production Line, or Sample Production Line.
It was small a production line separated from the main line. It had all the same stations/tools/equipment as the actual production line but only held 15 games. Its intention was to build games from a completed BOM with sourced parts and production tools to get the production process set and look for assembly issues. Normally the first 15 games were built on this line, 7 of these games went to the European customers, one game to the programmer, one to UL testing, one to ship testing, one to the game designer for testing, one for manufacturing, sometime all 15 were never completed. We called these MEL games. Some games were very close to the actual production games and the MEL games are considerably different from the production games.
