Trion MCR, JOE och F_L kom alla delad femma i PAPA 9 och måste tillhöra favoriterna i SM.

MCR har ju dessutom haft goda framgångar med två andraplatser i DPO och Danska öppna mästerskapet.

JOE har en andraplats från EM i bagaget.



Sen har vi ju KGB, som med hemmaplan och en lång erfarenhet av tävlingar kan anses vara en god favorit till SM-titeln.


En göteborgare som sen länge bor i Stockholm är ju 2004 års mästare IFK. Det går aldrig att räkna bort den mannen. Kom delad 9:a på PAPA, trots att han inte spelar speciellt mycket flipper nu för tiden.


Om man nu bara får ha EN favorit får jag väl säga KGB.


Vem tror ni vinner?

Har ni några schyssta flipper-moves att berätta om? Något coolt trick som ni använder ibland? Eller bara en kul teknik som egentligen inte är så användbar, men snygg?

Alley Pass (avsiktligt skott upp i motsatt inlane), och Loop Pass (Loop-skott som följs upp med drop pass/catch-manöver) har en ganska hög wow-faktor.

Men det finns andra skoj och snygga tekniker. En som jag testat lite på senare tid är vad som brukar kallas "tap pass". Den går ut på att man aktiverar flippern så kort ögonblick att kulan föses direkt över till motsatta flippern. Tekniken kan utföras både på fångad och rullande kula (men det är klart svårare med rullande kula). Mycket svårbehärskad teknik, som kan ge direkt löjliga följder om man misslyckas! :-) Men när den sitter och är utannonserad så är den riktigt snygg!


Så låt höra, är det någon mer än jag som fascineras av såna här grejjer? :-D

Veckans fråga behandlar huruvida vi tror att den nya regeringen kommer innebära rimligare regler för utställda flipperspel.

Just nu tror 38% på rimligare lagstiftning och 48% gör det inte.

Intressant ämne som förtjänar att diskuteras tycker jag.

Min personliga åsikt är att det kan leda till rimligare lagstiftning, men att detta inte med nödvändighet gynnar kommersiell utställning av flipperspel. En mer liberal lagstiftning av spelautomater leder eventuellt till att vi översvämmas av Jack Vegas-kopior, som kan ta ännu större marknadsandel från flipperspelen.

Men jag tycker det vore läge att skicka iväg två delegationer från SFS. En till Lotteriinspektionen, och en till politikerna. Uppgiften för delegationen är att lyfta fram att 1) Flipperspel är harmlösa, 2) Flipperspel är ett skicklighetsspel som inte kan utnyttjas för gambling, 3) Kommersiella flipperspel kommer att helt försvinna om LI-avgifterna kvarstår.


Hur ser ni på flipperspelens framtid vad gäller lagstiftningen?

En dokumentärfilm om Pinball 2000 är tänkt att släppas på DVD i juli i år (2006). Verkar ganska seriöst gjord. Intervjuer med George Gomez, Pat Lawlor m.fl.

Håller på att försöka fixa ett AFM med en del fel. Jag har tyvärr inte tillgång till diagnostiken/menyerna eftersom knappsatsen inte funkar på detta spelet.

Stroke of Luck kickar i tomning när man startar spelet. Jag kan ju inte vara helt säker, men den enkla slutsatsen är ju att opton inte funkar.

Efter lite mätande kom jag ändå fram till att själva "optiken" var schysst. Lysdioden lyser fint när man kikar på den genom en digitalkamera. Mäter man volt-talet på mottagarsidan är det ca 12v när strålen har fri väg och 0,1v när man blockerar ljusstrålen. Så det känns som att mottagaren är okej också.

Vad kan vara fel?
Är det den beryktade LM339-kretsen på optokortet som spökar?

Tefatet
För det första hade det hänt en otäck olycka med en av marsianerna. Han/hon hade förmodligen försökt mecka med en av tefatets lampor, men fastnat med en av sina fyra armar i en lampöppning i tefatets sida. Ser ut att göra ont...:-o:-D

Nu till det verkliga problemet:
Först reggades skott ner i hålet bakom drop target som lock isf att "förstöra" det aktuella tefatet. Hittade felet som berodde på att dioden på den aktuella switchen hade gått av. Satte tillbaka den provisoriskt (för litet ben för att löda tillbaka). Nu funkar det som det ska för det mesta, men ibland ger ett lock-skott en träff på tefatet istället! Alltså tvärtemot så som den registrerade från början.

Nån som har erfarenhet av dessa problem med lock kontra tefatsträff? Det är ju ett ganska vanligt fel som jag sett på flera exemplar.


Slutligen:
Kan det finnas någon relation mellan dessa problem?

Kan någon som har koll länka mig till rätt produktnummer hos ELFA på följande flipper-trissor:

- TIP36C
- TIP102
- 2N5401/MPSD52 eller 2N4403 (dom små som används som pre-driver)


Jag har letat men är inte säker på vad dom kan heta hos ELFA. Vill byta ut hela kedjan av transistorer för en av magneterna i Superchargern på Getaway.
