Hi all.
This is a heads-up for the UK's plans to really boost this year's UK Pinball Open and we move away from the cramped confines of a hotel in Daventry.
We are going to be running five days of pinball tournaments, all based in the UK's capital city, London.
We will begin on Wednesday 17th with a warm-up tournament at Chief Coffee in Chiswick, West London. Then action moves to the UK's biggest pinball club, Flip Out London in Croydon, South London.
On Thursday we will be running a tournament alongside our regular league meeting and high score competition, before the start of the main UK tournaments, the ECS-qualifying UK Pinball Open and UK Pinball Classics.
These will have some qualifying rounds on Friday, with more throughout Saturday.
Sunday will see the finals of both tournaments, while another tournament will be held for those who didn't qualify for the Open/Classics or choose not to compete in them.
We may add more competitive events to the schedule, plus of course there will be easy access to the heart of the nation's capital and all the amazing attractions it offers.
Many more details will be announced soon including accommodation and tournament entry deals, but I wanted to let you all know about the dates and some idea of our plans.
Five Days, Five Tournaments. London. July 17th-21st. Put it in your diaries and we hope to see you there.
